Actually, it’s not; Herpich loosely translates to fisherman, but if you know anything about Thomas and Peter Herpich, you know I speak the truth. These two brothers are a couple of seriously talented mo-fos. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree in this family, with Thomas being a bit of a cartoonist and Peter being more of a fine artist; both are exceptional illustrators.
The work above is Peters, and I’ve featured it here today because I get more of a vibe from this work than Thomas’, but both are worthy of a looksee. Props to Meathaus for the heads up on this one.
