Before I go on about strawberryluna (yes, it’s supposed to be lowercase), I have a confession. I’ve known of strawberryluna for quite awhile, and have seemingly interacted on more than a few occasions. However, what I did not know until just this past weekend is strawberryluna is actually two people, Allison & Craig. I had been operating under the idea strawberryluna was all just Allison, not that it matters, but I feel like a bit of a dufus for assuming Allison was a solo-preneur.

When I saw the booth at Renegade, I knew I had to stop in and say hello because I had been interacting with them online for so long. Unfortunately Allison was taking a quick break and I missed my chance to meet her since we were leaving shortly after that. At least I got to speak with Craig for a bit and snatch up some art.
Long story short, lots of cool work by some good people. I actually purchased one of their recent Death Cab for Cutie posters. My wife likes poppies and I dig the abstractness of it, so it was a no-brainer for me. It’s a good sized print, so I’m going to need a reasonable amount of space once its framed, but I think it will go nicely in the house. You should head over to Strawberryluna.com or their Etsy shop, check out some more and buy something cool too.
Side note to this print: The one I purchased was a full size screen print, but they also have a digital, open edition that is just the imagery sans type if you just want the stunning visual.
